The challenge

Community operations were being handled through a mix of manual processes and disconnected ERP systems. As the scale increased, this created friction across teams and slowed down resident services.Prolonged downtime The transition had to be seamless, with no disruption to critical functions such as billing, payments, amenity bookings, and helpdesk services.

  • Data loss The society needed 15 modules, including finance, amenities, helpdesk, etc, migrated and didn’t
    want any impact come audit time. Hence, zero data loss was required.
